"When we started working with Aaron, the market was really tough. Houses came on the market and either flew off the market that same weekend or the competitive market encouraged bidding wars by creating urgency with offer deadlines. It was easy to get discouraged. Aaron, on the other hand, refused to get discouraged. He kept us up-to-date on anything new that came on the market. He made at least 5 offers for us, but through no fault of his own, we were outbid every time. Still, he kept working really hard for us. When we went to see a property, he didn't try to conceal or gloss over potential problems-- the mouse nest in the ceiling we would have missed, or the crack in the foundation, etc. We felt that he was really on our team and looking out for us. When we finally found the house we chose, the inspection revealed quite a few issues. So we changed our offer. It was quite a bit lower than the seller's asking price. Aaron could have discouraged us from making a low offer, but he let us go with our instinct and budget. And surprise!..it was accepted!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Affordable, beachy close to everything and walking distance to a beautiful 7 mile beach! Post-closing, Aaron has stayed in touch, offered the names of heating oil companies and other resources in the area--never promoting the companies, just letting us know who was in the area. Above all-- Aaron is just plain a nice person. His honesty and perseverance made a stressful house hunting experience a good experience with a perfect outcome.
